What is procedure
Procedure is a document that explains the steps of a performing the processes and relating between theme which consists of inputs and outputs.
Basically a procedure includes the following items;
Purpose and scope of application
Reference
Responsibility
Method of performing;
This part of procedure is more important due to it explains details of process and interaction with others processes and responsibilities, inputs, outputs, results, documentation,records,etc.

What procedure is requierd
In ISO 9001:2015 not required any procedure and just mentioned providing of Documented Information to providing the records of effectiveness of quality management system.
