Description
Based on the Occupational health and safety management system processes – ISO 45001 clause 4-4 the organization shall establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an Occupational health and safety management system, including the processes needed and their interactions, in accordance with the requirements of this International Standard.
Therefore, in the preparation and compilation of ISO 45001 documents, it is more important to design processes that show the relationship between processes, inputs, outputs, activities, performance monitoring indicators, etc.
For this reason, an important part of this ISO 45001 documentation is organizational processes, which consist of 11 processes as follows:
- Risk and opportunity process
- Communication process
- Change management process
- Operational planning and control
- procurement process
- Incident, nonconformity, and corrective action process
- determining legal requirements
- Emergency preparedness and response process
- Evaluation of compliance
- monitoring, measuring, and analysis process
- Internal audit process
