ISO 45001 Procurement Procedure

Description

The purpose of preparing and compiling the ISO 45001 procurement procedure is to determine the control of the procurement process of products and services in order to ensure compliance with the OH&S management system.

The procurement procedure in the occupational safety management system is related to the requirements of clause 8.1.4 of the ISO 45001 standard, which includes the following actions performed by the safety expert:

• Determining contractor selection criteria;
• Evaluation and selection of contractors;
• Control of the organization’s operations that affect the contractor’s employees;
• Controlling contractor operations that affect the organization’s employees;
• Control of goods and services provided by the contractor.
