Accepted execution methods include meetings, emails, bulletin boards, instant messaging systems, and formal reports. Clear roles and responsibilities are assigned to ensure communication is timely, effective, and traceable. The integrated system ensures that communication supports transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
